Great story kenny. I flew from the UK to see Rod in Chicago in 2001. He was a wonderful and talented man and it was a pleasure to meet him. He was also very kind to me and send me some of his work. New to your channel but love the breadth of your tastes and knowledge!

Kenny, that is a wonderful story. I enjoy your videos and have commented a couple of times. You might enjoy this link....Rob McKuen and Shirley Bassey from her series she did with the BBC. I am huge fan of Bassey, next in line is Sinatra...one of the best male vocalists imho. Similar to your experience I have had the pleasure of meeting Shirley Bassey a few times....one occasion was at an airport. She was charming and warm each time.
