You should for sure start doing more of these cooking videos man! You give fun narration and the recipes and techniques are always solid. Gotta order me some of that angry Irishmen mustard. What's the kick level like? I've got some trinidad scorpion mustard that is okay but I'm always looking to add to the mix.

I've been cut on a mandolin before. That's why I use a safety guard when slicing on a mandolin.

Defiantly love your cooking videos... I've really learned a lot from you. Keep up the good work! I'm trying to start my own channel doing similar content. Trick shots, hot sauce videos, and just all around entertaining stuff. You're my inspiration to do it. 🌶🔥
Cold meat grinder attachments are also for keeping the meat cooler and not going into the danger zone. As the grinder keeps spinning it gets pretty warm and can grow bacteria at those temperatures.
Only thing I do different is ADD secret aardvark!!! But that steak mix is on point! I'll be doing this tomorrow

So funny about the mandolin. The restaurant in Columbus that I work at I have always told new people using it to be careful or they will filet their flesh then I went and cut myself. Lol

Brian looks good as always just wanted to tell you how I eat my hotdogs /brats/burgers .. With a spicy mustard here is the mustard recipe.. 3 habanero 3 jalapeños 3 serenno 1 onion All those in a pot with white vinegar and on stove till they soften.. Caution can turn ur house into a pepper spray bomb.. After soft take all that minus vinegar(vinegar gets tossed away) into a blender add garlic to taste and 1 bottle yellow mustard and blend till smooth.. Add some olive oil while blending maybe only 3 to 4 tablespoon.. And put your now pepper hot mustard back in bottle or a jar.. Keep in fridge..32oz bottle on Amazon great for storage Awesome heat... Great kicker Hope you try it.. Cheers!
I have a little trick to pass on when forming your burgers so they aren't so large, I like to use a lid from a large pickle jar and some wax paper so they don't stick and u get perfect patties every time.. cheers
If you put an ice cube in the middle of the patty while grilling it won't get dry at all .

brian, I noticed you like to use your air fryer a lot. here's a good piece of advice, if you coat potatoes or wings with potato starch it makes them 100 times better. on fries it will just make them crunchier and on wings it will almost add a layer of crunchy skin that in my opinion are the best way to eat wings because they dont become moist once you sauce them and they really do have a good crunch to them.
Next time you make fries like that take another potato and place on top of the one your cutting and you wont cut yourself and repeat once it gets closer to blade just a tip I learned years ago man

Air fryer... Both Belgium and France just cried... I have an air fryer, except it's a very fast and small oven, it doesn't fry anything. Burger looks great though.

Find your fav Verde hot sauce and add avocado for the best simple smashed burger topping! I do this often.
Dude use a freaking block of wood or something to hold the vegetables for your mandolin it was giving me anxiety

Leaving the skin on chips ALWAYS is a terrible idea. Why would you insult the burger with onion and pickles, you should throw them out (or leave them at the store) and put the fries in there instead. Burgers need bbq sauce instead.
