Hey Alek, I wanted to ask about the primary keywords. I’d heard that the first four words of a product’s title are generally the most important in terms of SEO and ranking your listing. That said, would it not be better to use those first four words for the types of things customers are searching for (i.e. “funny mug”, “accountant mug”, “spreadsheet” in this example)? Basically just wondering if it’s wasting keyword space by starting your product title with words people are most likely not using in their search

Awesome video! You did not mention the description. I use the description section to go over the why, what, and how: why: why someone should buy it. what: how many, attributes, advantages, how: cost, discount, delivery, support, how to use the product (optional), faq And I use a lot of synonyms for words from the primary keyword or keyphrase in the description, to make it more likely that Etsy will show my listing even if I did not have space to include that synonym. HTH

You are posting a video about results you got over a year ago?.....Why? where are last months results? People want to see real time results vs what you have done last year.

This should all be intuitive if someone has a good business mind. This is how I do it and no one told me to. If people don’t think of these things on their own, then it is unlikely they will succeed anyway.

Yes, but it’s not recommended. Unless it’s the same type of item with different design options. Like a mug with 4 color choices. It is not recommended to sell mugs, blankets and prints in the same listing. You would use the variations option in your Etsy listing to create more than 1 option. The variation could be size or color or whatever you want to call it. The more listings you have, the more chances your items get seen. Even with color choices you should create a listing for each color. So create a listing for a red mug. You could have variations to also buy green or blue mugs but the title should be for a red mug. You should also create listings for green mugs and blue mugs and in them you could have an option for the red variation. You want your title to be about one item, a mug and not a choice of a mug, blanket or print.

@@MissGeicoBecky Yes, it would all be the same item. E.G. 5 options of different art pieces all printed on a phone case or a mug or whatever. I just wasn't sure if printify would let me combine the listings or if each piece of art needed it's own listing. So "Vibrant Abstract Art Tough Phone Case"

I will say good money is easy to make just need to know what you are doing, Me and my partner just finished our first 30 days and hit star sellar and 1400 in revenue and still going in december 😊

Not true always. Etsy is mostly hands free, why not make videos about it to diversify your income? Especially when these types of videos have very high CPMs.

No one notices that he was showing you results from over a year ago?...why isn't he showing you results from last month? People like this guy act like they are making all this money and they never show bank account statements or tax filings, they only show graphs or charts that show an increase in traffic or revenue. This guy makes money 100 different ways I guess, he's a jack of all trades LOL? All this money he's making and yet he's spending all his time making videos to help others?.....not buying it at all!
