January 2022 Update: Still no tripod mode or adjustable speed cine mode, same with the Mavic 3. PLEASE can you sign the petition to add it in firmware. Thanks! change.org/tripodmode
Following on from my review of the DJI Air 2 S, which you can watch at the link below, I needed to see if there was a way I could modify the controller and joysticks to give me some sort of tripod mode as it has been replaced with the much faster tripod mode. In this video, I show you what I did to do this and also how I made my own diffusion filters for this and the Mavic Air 2 using simple household things.

Pausing the video just after that long beautiful shot through the tape measure. Genius. It has always pained me how that other channels have millions of subscribers for recycling the same content month in and month out. I have to sit down with no distractions as I love watching your crafted, planned to the tiniest detail, beautifully shot films. Being honest and genuine is another reason why you are on a different level. Thank you!

Great thinking outside the box! Cine mode had caught me out coming from the Phantom 4 pro - expecting nice and slow and then i nearly reversed my air 2s into a building at pace. I try and mix out stiick sensitivity with expo to give some leeway around the central stick positions to take jerkiness out but there isnt enough in the app . You did really well mixing the drone audio out of your piece to the flying camera at the end. I bet there were some good outtakes on that shot. I just could not hear any buzz. Gets my Nomination for the 2021 technical achievement in audio award.
