over here watching the vid like "ok so when is she gonna hot glue the feathers on?...." only to realize the feathers are painted craft foam. MIND. These are phenomenal, my original plan for my cosplay was to make articulating wings but I didn't have enough time or funds, this is the first tutorial I've seen that got me excited about making the wings again.
