I've always loved your videos and you have been a great help to my success on Etsy. This year I decided to add a new range of products which required me to change my shop name, which I did. After changing my shop name my Etsy shop was suspended. I have hit a dead end with customer care at this point, appealed so many times. Then I picked myself up and I opened my fresh new shop with another name. I put up 20 products in 8 days and on day 8 my new shop was deleted by Etsy, not suspended just deleted. Still no response or email or explanation, nothing. I love Etsy but I'm stuck and have to now give up. All my payments have always been up to date, all my products are originals... There is nothing I've done wrong. I'm not alone though, as I have learnt. I want to thank you for helping me be successful on Etsy but unfortunately due to the lack of customer care I need to now move on to selling from my own website. It's too much of a gamble to open an Etsy shop these days. It's such a pity!!!

This was very helpful. I've been trying to think of well to earn income online that didn't involve me showing my face. You just gave me a lot of ideas.

Hi Sandra, love your videos, they are well explained and get right to the point. As a fellow Canadian ( Sask) I would very much appreciate a video on setting up an Etsy store for Canadians that goes through the whole process right from choosing your store name, Canadian taxes and how to set them up, shipping in Canada and to other countries etc. There are an abundance of these very detailed how to videos if you live in the US , but no detailed videos for us Canadians. I'm not sure if this is a video you would be interested in doing but I will keep an eye on your channel to see if one comes up in the near future.

@Sandra Di really appreciate this video because like everything else in life, things change. Not allowing my etsy store on my pinterest account to claim was one of them. I now have my own website. My question is though in the section that says Become a Verified Merchant, the first 2 boxes are checked but the third one says this, Action needed Conversion source needs attention Your conversion source must be fixed to continue. Changes to the source may take up to 24 hours to show an updated conversion health status. Do you or anyone here have any idea how to fix this? Also, is it hurting my conversions? Please keep making these step by step tutorials because you are a natural and I truly appreciate your style of teaching.

No I don't at the beginning. Only generate ads after you have received a few organic sales because this validates that people want your product first :)

Hello, we had set up a private internet connection for my friend's store. However, his store got suspended. The internet connection (modem) we had was dynamic IP, which means its IP address changes every time it's turned off and on. I want to open my own store. Would it be a problem if I use this internet connection on a different computer?

Paused the video for a bit. Seems to contain some quite useful tips, I'll put them to the test with my first store. Aside from that I realized that one of the reasons I really like her is that she's giving off Mila Kunis vibes! Similar facial features and definitely similar intonation, clarity of speech and mannerisms!

Hi Sandra and everyone! I was inspired by your previous videos about Etsy and had a shop. However, I got banned 4-5 days ago and appealed it and they replied me now and said it is permanently banned bc of specifically due to account practices, behavior, or activity that does not follow our policies. Also, they said in that mail it is final decision. I was just trying to sell AI art without any trademark title, logo. My images were mine. I mentioned they were AI art on item's titles. I couldn't find the why by myself. I am devasted now. Now, I am considering if AI art are not allowed to be selled on Etsy bc of 'handmade policy'? However, you and so many people sell AI items. May you tell me if I sell AI art, what should I do? Mentioning it, not? or just not selling AI arts...

Hi! I don't believe it would be AI related because I spoke to Etsy customer service and they said AI art is totally fine. Can you respond and ask what you did not follow? Make sure that all the images you are using are not trademarked. That's also important to check if you are generating your graphics with AI

Thanks for your reply. It cleared my doubt about AI products. Well is it enough to mention they are AI art on item's title or should I mention it on description too? or maybe not just mentioning it is okay too? Also I asked them to tell me what specific reason led my channel to be suspended. However, I kinda don't feel they will reply me back bc the suspension is their final decision. If there were any different way to contact them, I would...I just used my images generated by leaonardo ai and edited by myself with photoshop etc. I do not even use trademark words on title.
