You put a lot of work into making the bird very realistic and it’s wonderful! What glue did you use that it didn’t bleed through the feathers? That’s my main challenge when I have made miniature birds. Also, what was the fiber you brushed out for the fuzzy places? Did you just use dyed cotton balls for this step? Thank you.

Thank you! I use Aleene's Tacky Glue and I'm careful not to apply too much. I use Merino wool and Silk fibers. Never tried cotton balls but now curious if they will work, might try someday :)

I learn so much form your photos and videos and very much appreciate you sharing so openly. One/two (more) quick questions: Do you ever use any kind of fixative on your finished pieces in order to protect the “fur”? If so, what kind do you prefer?
