As a manufacturer I would recommend you to first get sample from manu test the quality, upload high quality images and video of the sample then start pre order also make sure your manu has all the right patterns available because sizing is very important

As a manufacturer I normally charge Sample hoodie: 40-45$ Shipping: 25$ and during bulk quantity we always do free shipping + we send them free products as well

Mostly clothing brands used 1. Photoshop 2. Illustrator For free design you can try 1. Canva 2. Kittl I recently made lots of designs for clothing brands

As a manufacturer I would recommend you to get bulk quantity into your address and ship individually because in this way you can get the products in reasonable price whereas shipping directly to individual customer will cost too much while shipping

You did 300K sales but how much were you able to profit ? So those starting can understand that 300k isn’t what you paid yourself because most of it went back into the business and marketing
