If it makes you feel better, I just started pressure canning this year and it's so much less intimidating than I thought it would be. Modern pressure canners have safety features built in to help avoid those stove top explosions. Having jars of meal starters and soups ready to go has been a life saver on days where I don't have a ton of energy. Great video, as usual 🖤

I’m really happy with mine, but I know you can use the oven to dehydrate a lot of things! Might be worth researching
