Great build. Hopefully you get biding war and make more than expected. I love new construction but would never sell. More paid off homes is more passive income.

If you don't want the refrigerator to stick out awkwardly spec a counter depth model and it will look clean. Also, at $750K I'd expect more luxurious lighting and switch gear along with a patio...preferable concrete, decks are the root of all evil. Concrete sells itself, basically zero maintenance compared to wood. And man, those counters...the 90's want them back. Dolomite, dolomite, dolomite if you're going with the cool tone color pallet...

Honestly it’s simple man. I pay myself and live off of as little as possible. Like $5000 per month. Everything else I try to keep in the. Haines see I own and reinvest in each one all profits except the minimal I need to live and buy basic things.

What's the point of buying all the exotic overpriced cars? One is plenty. Even if I hit the lottery I wouldn't have more than one or two high end cars. I would prefer a Lucid Sapphire over anything out of Italy. It faster and more luxurious.

👀✍🏾🙇🏾 ✍🏾🧐🫡 I see your doing new homes. I started out doing small flips trying to get to half million dollar homes one day to commercial builds 80 percent cash. New homes is smarter can just buy them and wait for the buyer while the hood is being completed and built. I’m with you! I can do this. Not sure why I never took this route or path!
