Well done dude, that's awesome! I'm curious how sustainable that diet is tho. At some point I imagine you'd need to come off it, no? Would you gain weight back or would you just start eating maintenance calories instead?

In the future I’d switch it up, even have cheat meals. As far as on paper if I got on maintenance calories I’d just stop losing weight. Im pretty new to this whole field and I’m still trying to figure out what works best for me. I will add rice or something to it when I get to a healthy weight and then I’d gain a couple pounds on the scale because I’m adding carbs but it wouldn’t be fat that’s for sure

It’s done wonders for me! When I get to a weight/look I’m happy with I wanna experiment and see how the same meal plan plus some rice works out 💪

Absolutely, sometimes I crave something unhealthy but I’m never ever sad to eat what I’m eating ever
