Like I have a wedding to go to and I’m 160 if I lose like 15-20 pounds I’ll be good. I’m more big because I’m petite I think 140 would be the perfect size for me. Pray for me please guys I really want to feel my best when I go to my friends wedding :)

I'm 8 months postpartum and OMG idk how to lose this excess weight. I lost 30 lbs during pregnancy, but I have since gained about 45lbs. Thank you for sharing your journey! Im also starting to fast majority of the day and afternoon. Maybe I should keep track a bit better and that may help?

Keeping track can definitely help! Give your body grace, it’s only been eight months, but I completely understand wanting to get rid of the excess weight as much as possible. I would say walking also really helped me and I tried to plan my fasting window around the normal times I would typically be eating dinner and wanting to eat breakfast😄. My husband has an app on his phone, and there are plenty that you can download that actually will track when you have started and ended your fast.

The time of day I would eat would depend on when I would wake up, I typically would eat mid day for lunch and have my last meal for dinner 😄

That’s a great question! It definitely depends how active you are. I probably eat around 2000 cal a day and workout 3 times a week😄
