I love using procreate, but I had no idea that you can adjust the hue and brightness and stuff for individual layers! One thing that I like to do that might be useful for you is that I will select an area that I want to fill in so I don't spend as much time erasing when using brushes that don't really have defined edges. It makes it a lot easier for me to use more textured brushes without spending as much time erasing everything around it

Do you use any sort of paper-like or matte screen protector? I’m looking into getting an iPad and I wanted to know if I should invest in one myself.

Ahh I don't have one but I should totally get one - I've gotten some scratches on my screen already so it definitely seems like a worthy investment
