☝️☝️☝️ Truly, natural remedies do work. If they didn't, we wouldn't have used them for thousands of years. And, pharmaceutical companies wouldn't be studying plants, taking extracts of them, and patenting them as drugs. This is not a claim or lies I was cured of PCOS, and my friend was also cured of Chronic UTI by Dr. Egobe herbal medicine in case you are having any health challenges you can contact him and also get a cure too, through him you can get pregnant and have your baby. Keep in touch with him through his WhatsApp number here ☝️☝️☝️

I also have PCOS and the journey is not an easy one. It took me time before I knew I had PCOS. My symptoms I was having was something else, I thought I was going crazy. Strong constant headache, panic attack, weight gain, lack of sleep, unwanted hair growth , abdominal pain, irregular menstruation and acne. My symptoms then was times two. My room became a cosmetic shop. I can't go to buy water without makeup, Organic sellers us me build house. The last product I used almost condemned my face, that was when I said to myself "am done". Sometimes I would not see my period in two or three months and when my period finally comes, it will be just two or three days. I had to run to the hospital and I found out I had PCOS. The journey wasn't easy. Things my doctor said I should be doing especially my diet wasn't easy . Things she said I should stop eating was actually what I love. I fill my fridge with cookies, ice creams , juice ,beers and so many stuff. So, I start making my own fruit juice And smoothie at home, doing more exercises, diet and everything as come back to normal. No more panic attacks, no more abdominal pain, my period is normal , my acne and hairs are back to normal, my constant headache as reduced. Thank God for everything.

I am going to the lab on Monday for a pelvic scan as recommended by my dermatologist. But i have a strong feeling, that it's positive for PCOS. During pregnancy, i had earlier been diagnosed with fibroids but i thought that was it. After childbirth, i just gained so much weight, i had terrible and the most painful acne, and this is why i went to a dermatologist and he pointed me to PCOS. I am just relieved that i can finally put a name to what my body is experiencing. I can stop saying its post childbirth. And i can now start my journey to WHOLENESS AND healing. Thank you for this Maraji.

I don't know what I had but I remember not having my period for 5 months and then it came and lasted 2 weeks. Went for a scan and only thing they said was "your ovaries are quiet". Didn't pay much attention to it cos I always believed when I get to the child bearing bridge I'd cross it. Few months after, I contacted an old acquaintance who shared her story and had similar symptoms to mine and asked what she used and she listed four supplements she had used that helped her. I bought those four supplements and took them for a month and stopped for some reason. I noticed my period didn't come as usual after I stopped and thought it was the usual period vacation, only to find out I was 9 months pregnant and put to bed 4 days after I found out, to a very healthy baby boy. Yes, I didn't know I was pregnant. I'm fat so there was no physical change, I treated malaria during the pregnancy and took 2 full doses of antibiotics, one for an ear infection, the other with the malaria drug... The four supplements I took were: -Probiotics -Evening Primrose oil -Vitamin D -Cod liver oil. My son is 3 in a few days, I've not looked for my period again as I usually do before he came. I hope this helps somebody.

Love you Maraji! Ive been dealing with irregular periods ever since I started my menses, at 10 years old and im 21 now. This year has been unusually rough on my hormones. I didn't see my period from Jan to May then it came back May, June, July. Didnt see the period again after July to October 29. Saw it ending of Oct, this is Nov im scared I will miss it again this Nov and maybe Dec and will see it next year 2024. It's a mess, I did some blood work and my doctor commented that I have pcos from my test results. Haven't told my family yet cuz they gonna freak out and blame it on some spiritual curse or something. I just bought some of the vitamins Maraji mentioned from Amazon and I'm going to make better eating and lifestyle choices now henceforth. Pcos can not be cured but managed, I've accepted my fate. Thank you Maraji for this enlightening video ❤

@@abdulmariam5732 yes I did. Once I changed my diet and started being more active whether it’s taking stairs instead of elevator little changes like that helped. I saw my period on November and December and they have been on time. Usually what I do when I’m close to my period I don’t eat much so I can control my weight and my sugar so my hormones can regulate well. This is Jan 10 but I’ve been a bit lazy with my diet and eating anyhow but soon imma get back on track. I bought some hormone supplements I haven’t even taken them cuz I wasn’t consistent from the start. I detest medications lol. I’m trying natural remedies like herbal teas, I bought the spearmint tea maraji talked about and also lemon and green tea are good. I hope to continue seeing changes and wish everyone else with pcos good luck, we shall overcome! Sorry for sentence errors

Exercise is also very helpful as well as diet like you mentioned. However, I will recommend to see a gynaecologist if you have the condition so that they can run a check and tests as well to properly prescribe the right medication because our systems' and symptoms differ.

I love this video because i can identify with the way you figured out something just wasnt right. I was suffering with this. It was horrible because i had a sugar addiction, horrible fatigue and i felt like i could NOT lose weight no matter what. This made me depressed. Missing periods and long periods were the worst. My doc told me i have to strive for 4 periods a year. It's so great to go to a specialist but in the mean time Eating red cabbage everyday helped me regulate insuling production. Im not a doctor but this with b12 supplement and iron supplement made me feel better.

I also have PCOS. At first I felt it was stress making me have irregular period not until I traveled and I had to see a gynecologist. That’s when I discovered I had PCOS. I’m always bloated, always feeling abdominal pains, feeling some kind of weird discomfort under my rib cage. Having big tummy and my boobs are really getting big. I use lot of supplements. The thing I battle most with is inflammation, bloating, abdominal pain, and serious discomfort. My doctor prescribed DUPHASTON, I got my period for a month and it stopped again. I make sure I take 5 thousands steps walk daily and stopped taking ice creams and all. I was told not to eat rice but that’s not possible so I take lots of water and fruits. Presently my period isn’t still coming so I’m going to try everything I saw in this video. Thanks so much for sharing and I hope I lose all this fat and get better. I even thought I was dying at some point when I kept having pains in my tummy and bloating. Thanks so much for sharing maraji

My story is very similar to yours, mine started from university as well and I ignored it cox I thought it happens to women at some point. But I have been married for four years now and not pregnant, I have successfully changed my lifestyle to live healthier and it’s so expensive buying all the fruits and veggies, I want to get the conception pill ( with vitex n inositol) so badly but I can’t afford it. I keep seeing testimony about it, each time I save to buy it, we’ll it is well. Thank you maraji for sharing. God bless, it has lifted my spirit.

This was amazing. I’ll try your recommendations. I have had PCOS since 13. I never used to get my periods for three months and then it’ll come. I was kind of happy then because I had painful periods and was glad it didn’t come. Only took note that it was PCOS when I turned 21. It’s been 7 years since then and due to my gyne recommending daily contraceptive to help balance my hormones, I do get my periods monthly now, but then I’ve gained weight from the contraceptives and my hormones are imbalanced. I’ll definitely get the Vitex and Pantothenic Acid.

Maimunah Muhammad-Bashir ...like I totally get u... I kept telling my parents something is wrong but they would run tests and diagnose it as an infection....i started suspecting what I'm going through is PCOS when we were taught in 300level,gosh I asked questions like the class was just for me,didnt care what anyone thought cause i love kids and wanna have them someday...my dad passed on and I was left with mum,I didnt want to put any financial burden on her so I kept calm but I was sincerely really worried, some days I would pray and cry all alone😞....finally persuaded my mum that i needed to go to d hospital while I had saved something little...I ran hormonal profile, they said it's normal, gave me a drug I took for one month that induced my period, finished the drug last day of December last year, had scanty flow January, was okay February...I hope it gets better tho....I'm glad I came across this post,it's comforting to know you're not alone and you can conquer this one too🙂,thanks to every woman that's speaking up about this, its really encouraging...... I had no idea acne had a thing with PCOS,been battling acne...I'm so tired😞,wearing make up all the time is tiring honestly!😰...my friends don complain tire but they have no idea how it messes one's confidence up,they have no idea how I wish more than them not to even use the make up sef.....I've spent too much trying to clear it that I dont hv again to spend,I really hope it clears, cant wait to start going out without make up really😓

I totally agree with beginning with diet change. Lifestyle modification should be the first try. I also took out white breads and pastas everyday from my diet and began eating more vegetables and that took my periods from coming every 6 months to maybe about every 3 months. (yeah it was bad bad lol). Although- now I feel guilty because I was craving croissants and bought them today haha! Nevertheless, this and regular exercise and trying my best to minimize stress was a good start. My doctor prescribed me metformin (which diabetics generally use- for the insulin resistance) and since I started that, my period has come every month. But of course, period doesn't always come with ovulation so ...in essence, it's a lot of things to work through but in all things, ask for God's help and do your best to take good care of your body with all you have. And remember that - it is not your fault! Much love- wishing you a safe delivery sister!

Hi Maraji, I love your videos. I was diagnosed with PCOS but after running all the necessary tests, my hormonal levels were all normal though I had a few physical signs (weight gain, delayed periods and hirsutism). I later discovered that there are different types of PCOS. My advice to those who think they have PCOS: it is best you run some hormonal tests in addition to the signs you see. Seek knowledge, pray to God and don't be afraid to ask for help or medical advice. Thank you Maraji. I will sure buy some of these supplements and teas. I celebrate your sincerely for putting information out there using your life as a case study. A lot of women are struggling because they don't want to be shamed. Thank you so much
