Without knowing you, let me just say that indeed you can! All you need are the containers and succulent potting mix and you're on your way. With the weather in the Philippines being tropical, this is even better. You must only remember that succulents prefer warm weather, but on the dry side. Never plant them where they will get too much water. This is probably the biggest killer of succulents. They all have certain needs, but heavy water - as in the Phillipines - is not good. You must find a place where they are sheltered from that much rain.
