If you put from 0.5 m to infinity the switch on the lens, than you don't have shallow depth of field

first setup you said your fill light was a continous strobe facing the wall, did you mean the roof? or what wall?

It wasn’t a continuous light, was a strobe facing the wall behind me .. so anytime I fire it bounces in the white wall then acts as a fill. I hope this helps explain it better
