Then maybe only stat ups? Like, no synergies, but it's still possible to pick up speed ups and other such items. When the choice is between an item that gives an effect and a simple stat up, the stat up is obligatory.

13:31 idk if you still read comments on this vid but Trisagion + Proptosis is basically just a fat damage up, replaces Trisagion's .33x damage multiplier with 2x with basically no downside, just figured this out today

Hi, Mattman, if you are playing with some mods, please try "Improved & Reworked Foes" it is very creative, well done and lore friednly mod that improves many (almost all) boring enemies. Some are just become more interesting to fight, some are more fair and less random and frustraiting, like Lust now doesn't just run after you but takes random pills with own effects againts you, you can see Mom's hands on the ground before they jump when you enter the room with them, many bosse are reworked too, especially champion versions to make them more distinct. I bet you will be surprised and in the good way!

My luckiest start ever was when i played Eden, spawned in with Polyphemos and Eden's Soul, found a battery into a dark chest which teleported me to the devil deal, got Brimstone and The Pact. This was only the first floor and i was hyped lmao

red angel/gabriel is the most easiest for me. if he crosses his wing it's either a cross beam(X), or tears or spawning lil' angel. and if he raise his hand it's always just a Cross beam(+) if you usually get hit by the angelic revalations just remember Cross wings(X)attack and up hands(+) attack. the blue one just raises his hands so it's a 50/50 if it's ( ^ ) or ( | ). just don't stay under this one
