Without any bank statement is there any chance of visa rejection as far as we are scholarship holders? plus, do we have to get health insurance in Pakistan or after coming to Russia?

Bank statement is must. You should take 1 week health insurance from Pakistan

But i had no issue till now while my docs are under process of ministry for enrollment. Anyways should i get my docs translated from russian translation station or is there no need to worry as far as ministry or university doesnt find any issue?

Alhamdullillah.... I have also been selected for this scholarship. I passed this scholarship and I chose Samara National Research University for Master in Aircraft Engine. I have sent my educational and medical documents to the Samara university and admission is in progress. Please guide me how you applied study visa and how much bank statement it was required or for scholarship holder bank statement may be exempted. But I'm also working at MOL Pakistan Oil and Gas company and I'm thinking what should I do.

Because open door doesn't provide stipend for living expense. Only hostel and university is free of cost.
