Hii, thank you so much for the video! I'm going to grade 11 in September, could you share your schedule (what time you woke up? What time you studied? How long you studied?) with me please? Thank you so much!
The grades are insane

How did you maintain such high marks? 😭
Hi Radi I'm in grade 12 right now and want to get into U of T Mech Eng. I've been a kinda lazy kid in high school so far so I don't really have much extra curriculars. My average is also not amazing, probably low 90's. Do you have any tips since theres not much time left?

I would recomment not doing the early application and spending the time up until the January due date focusing on raising your grades as high as possible and getting as involved in the community as you can. Any sort of volunteering/ school engagement is good. But honestly just try your best, I'm sure you will be successful!

@@radi7994 Hi Radi, I ended up applying for the early rounds because I had extra time and I guessed why not. My average is in the low 90's rn but I think I can get it up to around 95 by sem 2 midterms. My EC's are actually not that bad (i just severely underestimated them when i made this comment) , I had an internship at a robotics company for a sem, and I am a senior cadet in air cadets, and i do some other stuff. All in all, I feel like ill have a very OK shot at getting an offer. Im not going for T1 or Engsci or like ECE so I feel like I can make it. (give me your opinion lol). Ill keep you informed and see if I get an offer by may. This video really helped me btw, so thanks a lot for doing this! Good luck on engsci lol.

@@Mr.Who3 Hello. EngSci 2T6 here. You made the right choice by applying for early admissions, since it can only raise your chances of admission and not harm it. 95 with strong Extracurriculars is a good portfolio to have. Just make sure you describe your activities appropriately and all should be well. Good luck!

@@Mr.Who3 sorry for replying so late (Eng sci struggles haha). But ur ECS are really stellar and ur grades seem decent enough. Idk if you got an offer or not yet but good luck!! I’m sure you’ll be fine no matter what happens. 😁😁.

@@radi7994 My avg is taking a hit right now, but im hopeful for at least a 93. No offer yet, so I'm waiting on may. All I can do is pray that UofT sends an offer !!
Lets say im going into like medicine, do i need to take functions AND calculus?
My son is in grade 9 and maintains high marks. He is considering AI or aerospace engineering… how are your marks now? Have you been able to maintain? Did you go to private school, or take AP or IB? Or public school? Thanks for the great information!
What's your GPA in EngSci
I am a new immigrant so I have to submit IELTS result. If I have submitted IELTS result and passed their requirement. Can I exclude G12 English from the best 6 Grade 12 courses average?

I’m sorry I’m not too sure on the procedures for immigrants it might be worth your while to email the registrars office or the admissions office at U of T to get that answer
As of right now my average is low 90s, is that good enough?

Im not sure what their base line is for admission, it also depends on what engineering you're trying to get into. Just get the best grades that you are capable of and have some extra-curriculars
Hey I am a current Grade 11 student I don't have any extra curricular and my average is around a 76.7%. So does this mean I can't get into any top university and top program anymore or is Grade 12 the most important ?.

Hey, your grade 12 marks definitely matter the most. Just do your best to boost your average and find something you would enjoy doing as an extracurricular during the summer.

@@radi7994 your school is not serious if they give 99% in grade 12 english. if you don't have a published novel in the new york times list there is no way that is a legitimate grade. grade inflation maybe?? easy grade 12 teacher is more realistic. Pullitzer prize people did not get 99% in grade 12. Nobel laureates in science do not get 99% in grade 12. It is a scam to get that grade. you know it so stop frontrunning.
