Acceptance rate in China is 0.72, seems China wants to lick western countries ass so badly
what about interviews ?
Is it true that we have to reach a GPA of 3.5 out of 4 to get into those universities for masters ?

I am studying at UniMelb with a 4/4 GPA, but I didn’t even get an interview from Tsinghua. 😢

@@xiwang9617 GPA is the last thing they see. May be your SAT score was low or HSK level was not enough.

On the PKU website it states: "For English-taught programs, applicants whose mother tongue is not English are required to submit TOEFL, iBT (100 points or above) or GRE (315 points or above) scores or other certificates to prove their English language proficiency." What are the "other certificates"? I have an ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) CERTIFICATE issued by British Institutes Examination Board. Is that okay? Also I would like to understand if after the application I will have an interview with the professors or admission is only with the documents I send in

@@BC-ev7rs Thanks!! I’m attending the Sep 2024. The application actually started around Aug 2023. However, I just submitted my application during Mar 2024 (round 4). Well in my opinion just submit the application when you satisfied with your score and also leave some time to prep for the essays :)

They won’t look at your atar but I got above 95. I ended up choosing Tsinghua ❤
I’ve also got accepted by Tsinghua university!!! But I rejected it since I got an offer from LSE 😂
