It has to be by the school, with the seal unbroken.

Miss Fadilah, you made this video when the tuition was not required. But now every university I look up requires paying tuition if you are outside of the EU/EEA or Switzerland.

Both. While applying, you have to show and available balance and after you get the admission, you send the money

Hello 👋 I’m sorry, never received such mail. My school sent it via courier (dhl), schools in Nigeria are used to sending transcripts all the time, so it was an easy process requesting for it (in my own case at least)

I’m not in the best position to answer this. Some schools have exchange programs and there’s a possibility but I personally do not know for sure. You would have to contact your school of choice and check with them

best check the schools you're interested in, on their websites there should be requirements stated, some schools do require a certain level of norwegian

It isn’t a policy yet because it is not official. The odds are high but there are strong debates and protest against it. So fingers crossed

I would expect it to be the same process, I’m not entirely sure because my experience is with the Masters program. However, it is no longer free, as tuition has been declared across Norway for people coming from Third Countries.

Does this application work for undergraduate studies.

Most undergraduate study are taught in Norwegian, but you can look up English taught and I think it’d be the same application. I haven’t researched undergraduate study in Norway, so I’m not very sure
