number 7 is what it's all about ☀️ fun fact about number 4: protein not only makes us feel full by stimulating satiety hormones, but it also requires more energy (than carbs) to turn into ATP in our bodies. So our bodies are actually less efficient at utilizing protein, meaning we burn more calories in the process.

@@mishikakakkar7177 Typically when people refer to the 80/20 rule with regards to health, it means they choose whole, healthy foods 80% of the time and indulge in other types of less healthy foods and "treats" 20% of the time. The thinking behind this is that you are predominantly eating quality foods, without entirely restricting foods that may bring you emotional or social satisfaction. This makes it a feasible lifestyle choice that can be maintained long term.

    1) eat intuitively = ensure that the body does not give signals of hunger and gives signals of satiety. don't be depressed, enjoy things other than food 2)Dont restrict food = be born into a family with healthy eating habits or teach yourself over the years to eat healthy and healthy foods, not be distracted, chew and enjoy 3)Move ur body daily (like 10k steps a day ) = don’t feel tired, do not have depression, have strength, learn to enjoy movement 4)Prioritize protein = teach yourself over the years to eat healthy food 5)Dont waste time on diet foods = teach yourself over the years to eat healthy food 6)Cook ur own food = teach yourself over the years to eat healthy food 7)focusing on what makes u feel good eat /do what makes u feel good = don't be depressed, enjoy things other than food 8)80/20 rule = teach yourself over the years to eat healthy food here are some my advice as a former fat child and adult who overcame 20 years of ED: - sleep at night, get up at the same time, see sunlight and take vitamins DEKA - bad sleep drastically increases appetite - maximum one cup of coffee and before 12 noon + avoid exercises and sports during which you become exhausted and start to breath heavily - corizol increases appetite - large doses of omega 3 to suppress hunger and improve mood - 5-HTP and GABA in the afternoon to relax and to have less appetite - at least 12 hours Intermittent fasting, try not to eat before bed if possible - eat fiber at every meal so that your intestines know there is food and send signals of satiety. plus fiber reduces the rate of absorption of carbohydrates and thus reduces the spike in sugar and the release of insulin, which means it reduces hunger and also the time for which fat burning will be blocked - avoid plastic, perfume, tea tree oil, lavender and other hormonal disruptors, which increase appetite - avoid dairy products - contains growth hormone and estrogens, which increase appetite - sugar is not terrible if insulin is normal, but it increases appetite anyway - so use it strategically - for example, eat sweets only outside the home and only before training + use a habit tracker - all above mentiones things are not done at once, but at the same time, the most difficult days are the first ones, over time it only gets easier and at some point there’s no question - the microbiome and habits change so much that the previously favorite fast food seems disgustingly sweet and tasteless and then you can make a video and tell how it all was just the result of a positive attitude towards yourself :)

that’s not true.. I am a model in the balkan region. a lot of them are naturally skinny and can eat whatever they want and stay slim. if they’re not naturally thin they eat healthy and exercise heaps. Western countries are not used to PROPER eating. You don’t need 2000 calories to be healthy. If you go to France, Balkan countries, people eat a lot less naturally and are exercising more and are mostly very thin. Just because westerners are not used to this way of eating and living does not mean that they have an eating disorder. If you are healthy and only when you were hungry (as you’re supposed to) you’d be model thin too.

Thank you so much for this! Young girls should learn from people like you. I’m so glad that you don’t put unrealistic goals like no fats, minimal amounts of carbs, workout 24/7 and it’s a sin if you even think of taking a bite from your friend’s slice of pizza. It’s really damaging for young girls to hear, and when people set the “normal” to be underweight, they strive to be just that. Everybody tells them how beautiful it looks, how amazing it is to be underweight, but no one mentions the struggles. For example, you are constantly tired. You have almost no energy to do day-to-day tasks because you don’t eat. You are always freezing cold and when you trie to lie on your side - don’t. Most of the time it’s accompanied with bruises. There is nothing greater than being average weight, and God, I really wish I was…

This method DOESN'T work for most people. You need to be in calorie deficit to loose weight. And most people need to purposely pay attention to their calorie intake. If you are not happy with your weight, and you continue to eat intuitivly, don"t expect anything to change.

Not everyone can just eat what they want. Most people have to count calories. Almost everyone does unless they are lucky like you and have amazing genetics. You should disclose this information because people like you are the reason it has taken me so long to understand how to lose weight and I know most people are the same. Most of us can't "intuitively" eat.

Litterly no one cares about my story but this is it : I'm 6'0 and my weight is between 64kg and 62kg And I if you're wondering , no I don't look skinny and I'm not fat I'm just skinny but not a model skinny . I used to be skinny during my childhood but in a healthy way. And when I became an adolescent I started noticing some thighs weight gain . Now I'm 18 and I still don't feel myself and I wanna get my previous body type back 😩 Everyone is telling me to take care of myself and start modeling because I'm so tall and I'm not gonna lie I want modeling but I just can't with this body (I'm not curved by the way the main problem is my thighs and when you look at me you can tell that I need to loose at least 4kg to look like a model . My upper body measurements are perfect even for a Victoria secret model )

This is what I'm going to tell you. It's a little hard to hear. Diets don't actually work. All the research shows that diets absolutely don't work. The ones that do are funded by diet companies and do not show accurate results. (Watch this TEDx talk if you don't believe me: kzread.info/dash/bejne/nKJku8mpZ9OzkqQ.html&feature=emb_logo). We all have a set weight that our body decides on without our conscious awareness. Now, I'm not someone who has always been skinny, but right now I'm a size four, 5ft 2in. I have been dieting since I was a chubby 12 year old (and gained an eating disorder along the way). I'm a graduate student studying counseling, and we were putting together a group therapy-- supposedly on trauma and weight loss for "overweight" clients. That's when I found that heartstopping result-- Diets. Don't. Work. I was so mean to myself and my body my whole life. I was mean to that little 12 year old girl, and I was mean to my 18 year old self. A couple of years ago, I was Intermittent Fasting (I was 23), and was almost at my goal weight. But I was severely restricting at the time-- the fasting triggered my eating disorder. I actually ended up in the hospital for having a suicide plan. I was so, so miserable. I was smaller, but only by a little bit. I was smaller, but I was so depressed. How could I not be, when I wasn't getting enough to eat? But I just discovered Intuitive Eating (what she's talking about here basically), Health At Every Size, and body positivity/neutrality. I can tell you right now that it has changed my entire life. I'm looking forward to a future where I learn to love my body. And I'm sorry to my 18 year old self. And I'm sorry to you. Because it's not your fault that you feel this way. It's every single message we've received since we've been old enough to walk. I'm not saying that we have to think we're perfect-- we don't, and we're not. Nobody is. Photoshop exists for that. You just have to realize that you have worth no matter what you look like. Your body is just a body. It's your body. Eat food you like, move your body in a way that feels good. Watch the video again. Please.

I love your body type/shape it’s so elegant and feminine, reminds me of Marilyn Monroe or the actress who plays Rory Gilmore on Gilmore girls. My shoulders are broad and my hips are very narrow. When I loose weight these things become more obvious and people say things like “you lost more of your hips” “your shoulders are so wide” “paper butt”. Lots of people get bbls to get that shape, people even sing/rap about it 😂 you might not feel it but you’re very lucky, lots of people would love to have your body shape! Reminder that everyone's body is different, not everyone's body will look like a model's with just healthy diet and regular workouts. For some people (like me) it is PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE to achieve this "ideal" body. and THAT'S OKAY!! I have a large body frame, large breasts, large hips, wide showlders. I do have an hourglass figure witgh a snitched waist, but H-O-N-E-Y my horglass contains 5 times the sand a model's hourglass has LMFAOOOO. And i freaking LOVE my body, I love how soft and curvy and feminine I am. I used to be 58 kg at my thinnest, I know it sounds like a lot still, but I was terribly thin and I was hospitalized for a few days. because I almost fainted. Now I am 83 kilograms, and yes, I AM medically "overweight" by 8 kgs, but I feel 10 times healhier and more ALIVE than when I was skinny. I dont even want to lose weight to achieve a "normal" weight, because, honestly, my body is amazinggg and I feel healthy AF. Plus, I have to mention that even in my skinny days I didnt look like a model, no matter how much I excerised or dieted. My belly could NEVER be completely flat, my breasts would never be smol and perky, my hips will NEVER be narrow, it's just NOT how I'm built. So yeah people dont feel pressure to achieve any kind of body, just be YOUR DAMN SELF cauyse you're gorgeous either way!!!

Please. People who are naturally skinny have a different metabolism. It's genetic, they were born that way. Just like people who live to 110 and then swear it's because they drank brandy each and every morning. Please.

Nice video but seriously you are not naturally lean or thin? Huh. I promise you now you are in the top 0.1% percentile of what happens when you follow your diet and workout regime. This is the misconception with so much of the fitness / health industry: One person with amazing genetics puts in hard work = model physique VS Another person who puts in hard work will not equal model. It is what happens when 2 people both put in hard work, that is when you can say who has better genetics *when i say better i dont mean literally better i mean in the sense of obtaining a certain look that has become classified as "better" in todays world. I myself complain about my genetics as i slog away at the gym, restrict calories to a "healthy amount" and still struggle so badly obtaining a 10% physique (with some muscle). I see other men who dont work out, barely, and eat what they want but clearly have insane metabolism, and somehow still looked more muscular and ripped than me. That is genetics. And me complaining is a waste of time as I myself have better propensity to train and go to the gym than most people because I was privileged enough to get sporting opportunities at a young age. So DO NOT underestimate the power of your genetics
