First you need to smash your GRE if you need to secure admission with your 3rd class. It's possible. Are you in Nigeria?

Start sending emails once you graduate and start your national service. Establishing relationships with them won’t guarantee a scholarship

Furthermore, You’ll need an i20 from any school you would want to transfer to. Of course, you can transfer when you get here but if I get the partnership part right, even if it’s the same university different locations, you’ll still need an i20
