How I Got A 36 On The ACT (minimal studying)… and how you can too!
Ғылым және технология
My name's Rishab, I'm a freshman at Harvard, and I spent about 5-6 hours studying to get my 36 on the ACT. I believe that every student can too, and it's a matter of working smarter, not harder.
I'm a REAL student unlike PrincetonReview and Kaplan. Please subscribe & comment to help us on the KZread algorithm!

I think the BEST way to prep is to get REAL ACT tests and go through as many of them as you possibly can.

Maybe not a video, but a blog post hopefully! You can see some of my videos about STEM opportunities where I talked about some of the ones I did in middle school

Awesome video Rishab! I’m a high school STEM student. Do you have any tips as to how and where I can create and post research papers?

Hey Rishab! I'm from India, i didn't secure a good mark in 12th grade (or senior high school) (71.6%) in 2023, then i decided to take a drop for JEE + Board preparation but i don't think that I'll get goid marks in them as well cuz i didn't study, but i beleive that i can secure very good marks, if i study well....and want to get into Harvard, it seems to be quite unrealistic but i guess i can do it, i was focused on music in my drop year and I'm good in extra curricular activities...but my family invome is very low that we can't even afford the plane tickets. I know about the scholarship but can you please tell me how long will it take to get the scholarship and for all the process becuase i already wasted a year and I'm extremely anxious about it. This video was really helpful for me though 😊
Hello Rishab do some of these strategies work for the digital SAT as well? And do you have any tips on the SAT.

Yep for sure! I actually have another video dedicated to the SAT where I invited my friend Okezue who got a near perfect score. Check it out on my channel!

@@RishabJainK ok thx
Im thinking of taking the ACT instead of the SAT tbh, this convinced me to take the ACT. (Also, your new camera is great)

The ACT has a harder math but easier reading. Timing is also a lot different, and there is a science section.

Don’t necessarily agree with E/K thing as that’s never something that students should be doing and blindly guessing, but overall, good video

What if students run out of time? Not all students are able to finish.

@@RishabJainK then do your technique for choosing all B or all A. I mean, generally with test prep, it is known that anybody who says it’s one preferred letter over the other often always is wrong. Just my take (1600 SAT scorer)

The SAT has a completely random letter assignment... the ACT doesn't. Your "general" advice here doesn't apply! You can do research into it and you'll realize that the E/K strategy works :)

Alright fair. Idk anything about ACT as I did SAT, and didnt think there was a difference. Advice just seemed a little bit sus to me.
