@@azurhadzic2908 i mean stable 60 fps in league takes like nothing compared to these days graphic cards, like 1080 can do like 120+. i would properly recommend him to reinstall his pc and drivers.

800 stacks being only 13%, is so low wtf. Thats literally like 1 fiora vital after 2 items

Burn in Q Scales with AD, with 300 charges and 400AD already have 13% burn
