​@@monstrosity8855 singed is a team fight character, he can almost lose any 1v1 , that's why he chose to Proxy and flee If chalenged erly... Basicaly the worst 1v1 and the best team fighter of the game.

As a tryn one trick i gotta say on that Champ its pretty to get 10+ cs per min because with one Item, top side jungle is yours. Singed cant do that and that makes 300cs in "25" mins really impressive. I wanna see 320 next :D

Protobelt gives magic pen as its mythic passive. I assume that's the reasoning. He already had a lot of AP and % reduction with Void Staff but Void Staff does very little against champions that don't build MR.

I've been winning with 70% consistency in GM with double soak. It's the most basic HOTS tactic and league players really don't know how to respond.
