You’re right in some ways. I agree that Pakistani Passport don’t have visa-free access to many countries but it doesn’t means that this Passport is weak. For Visas you need to have reason. America is a hub where you can work, study or visit etc. America is one of the world’s best country. I think transit for Qatar is not required. As for the UK I think Transit Visa is required. Interview/Application depends on every person. If one person’s Visa got approved doesn’t means that everybody will obtain Visa. Anyway, you proved that Travel History and Bank Statement is nothing.

If they give you blue sheet then yes you are approved and it take 7 days to process the passport and it will come to your nearest area which you select. You can also check the selected area in USDOC website. And if you get the yellow sheet then the same process happen but without visa in your passport.

For study visa you have to submit your fees in advance and show the prove in interview. And for work visa any company need to file a case on behalf of you there.

If your Airport is Getwick then you have to purchase transit visa from Pakistan then move otherwise Pakistani airport will create issues. And if there is any airport like Heathrow you don't need a transit visa.
