Quick tip, if it's for an animated character, use UV mapping, not object mapping, otherwise the veins flow around in unnatural ways...

First tutorial I take after doing the donut for the first time wanting to make skin pastries. PIECE OF CAKE BABY. Just had to slow it down to 0.5 and pause it every second basically. Not that I think I could repeat this on my own but I think I picked up a lot of concepts used like chaining the shit out of multiply and how everything is basically a color ramp

I need to upgrade my PC one of these days, I try to avoid baking textures for skin to not loose the small detail but every procedural texture I come across wrecks my performance (mainly in eevee as I often use it for speed), looks great tho

Hallo du, Ich fürchte, das ist nur eine ganz billige Lösung: das ist einfach eine Plane die ich in richtung Kamera ausgerichtet habe :) da habe ich dann den selben Shader raufgehauen.

well it"s neither actually you see it has nothing to do with actual parental relationships, more so the power side of things. as in calling someone "daddy" or "mommy" is just one way to vocalize that, in the power dynamic between you two, they're the dominant force. on the flipside, calling someone "baby" in this context is the opposite, where you're verbally acknowledging their status as the less powerful one. it's no different than like, a particularly kinky couple calling eachother "master", "mistress" or "slave" in the end the idea is the same, it's all about dominance who calls the shots, and who obeys. that aside. outstanding video, now i can easily and procedurally texture balls, thank you!

Well, you'll have to take whatever Object you want skin on, go to the materials tab, assign the material to your object (you can import the material into your own scene by 'appending' (you can Google for that)) and essentially Play with the sliders until it achieve the desire look :)
