I am not native and good English speker but i have intermediate level in English type of some understanding my point is on every English islamic channel there is no captions in urdu (اردو) language while 200 millioms plus Muslims easy with urdu. So it is my deep heart request to put urdu captions on other languages Islamic channels even on arabic channels..

The ending statements and advice is very common among us as reverts, i didnt mix much with muslims at school because they were refusing to pray and mixing with the wrong people so it made me feel a special connection with Allah that no one had and made me want to show the people how easy islam was to follow according to what i learning in my own online. People would come and say oh you can't learn online but if you're sincere all the deviant stuff like shiia fabricated hadiths just seem wrong by Allahs will by showing you stronger authentic points to guide you.

@@thaknobodi That's great to know. I was born muslim but I am currently finding Islam myself. Revert stories really help. Perharps, you will share your story on one of these channels too. My Islamic upbringing was really strict and beatings were involved so as soon as I could do what I wanted, I did.

He looks at me like im an idiot because (while i know we have to pray foot to foot) i dont feel comfortable putting my whole foot right against his and he goes out of his way to force it on me and others so it made me feel bad for those born into families who maybe make islam feel like a military exercise

I’ll be honest being Muslim doesn’t mean you won’t sometimes feel depressed or down or even worse - but your relationship with Allah can pull you out.

Born Muslims may never fully understand the despair and emptiness that encompasses you without Islam. Before Islam there was emptiness and no real answers for those big questions such as why are we here and what is our purpose. The bleak outlook of the world and what it offers is so murky and unfulfilling. It was like stumbling around in the dark, not knowing and unaware. That is, until Islam is given to you and everything is made clear. The light , the Nur that fills your heart and mind and everything falls into place. The relief and gratitude the pours over you after being blind and bought into the light. It compares to nothing and no one in this world, a blessed gift , Islam , a treasure beyond measure. May Islam always be the priority in our hearts and minds and never leave us, for that would be the ultimate loss. I have been through that hell once. All of a sudden it happened. I do not ever want to taste that again in my life. In place of my heart there descended an utter emptiness. Something from inside seemed just vacuumed out. Alhamdulillah, it's no more that way. All that was lost is given back. The heart is full again with certitude and thankfulness for the eternal, timeless One, the Creator, the Bestower of the Quran.

I didn't like the ending part, where he says he still now, after all this time, is not open about being muslim! Islam is the biggest privilege and the biggest gift Allah gives you in this life. We must be PROUD to be muslim and must have absolutely no feeling of inferiority or needing to hide who we are. Stories of genuine reverts are quite inspiring and fascinating.. thank you for sharing.....it seems the light of Islam will shine and prevail from the west by these new genuine dedicated reverts...the new SAHABA... It looks like Allah is replacing the born Muslim fellows who are driftin away from the right path with recverts from the western part of the globe...May Allah guide us all to the right path..

Allah has already warned us about this it's a shame we don't listen, that He doesn't need us we need Him and if we become disobedient He will replace us with people who are better. Whenever I see new reverts more devoted to Islam I feel happy, but also afraid that us born Muslims are failing, I often question if I have drifted away from Allah even though I pray 5 times a day. And then I see so many Muslims coming to the west and abandoning the religion actively running towards hell fire. It's a bitter sweet thing to witness new reverts. I'm happy for them and I am fearful for me and my own people.
