We don't have to prove anything tbh, if you want long hair, work to get long hair and it you want short hair then get short hair. It's not society.. Its ourselves wanting to fit into society😪

Lol this society is backwards and pathetic anyway, just like most of the world. Long hair might be aesthetically pleasing but at the end of the day, can a female bring ACTUAL skills and worth to the table?? Think about it. You know your planet's societies and cultures are moderately primitive and unevolved when the extent of what women are prized for is largely "beauty," long hair, physical assets (i.e., butt, breasts, body, at the end of the day), and small trinkets moreso than technological achievement and galaxy spanning accomplishments.

1-Trim hair once a year (not every month) 2-Avoid heat (eg. flat iron once a year) 3-Lay off the hair coloring (eg. can use henna for natural hair, avoid for chemically treated hair) 4-Can use hair relaxer but take care of your hair, keep it moisturized and healthy 5-Use good hair oils (eg. olive oil, etc), you do not need to spend a fortune on it 6-Get a good hair conditioner (can leave only for 10-15 mins, does not have to be the whole day ), can make your own conditioner at home with natural products (eg. yogurt, honey, grapes, avocado's etc) 7-After deep conditioner use leave-in moisturizer, then use hair oil on top of that 8-Manipulate as little as possible (avoid tiny braids, frequent styling , etc), use head wraps and wigs instead if needed (keep your hair locked away) 9-Keep it simple, stick to one routine 10-Be patient 11-Eat a healthy diet

@TheVideti3 жыл бұрын
With the trims I agree. If your ends aren't damaged, then they don't need to be cut. Cutting your ends help with length retention if your ends are damaged. Damaged ends break off, and if your keeps breaking then you will not see growth. So in that case trimming the hair off will stop if from.breaking. If your hair grows an inch then you cut an inch. You're not going to see growth. And if your ends are constantly damaged, instead of trimming, find out why your hair is damaged in the first place. Healthy hair needs less trims.

It's not that our hair won't grow, it's just we do things that break it off!

Weaves are great for growing hair but the truth is these beliefs are there because most of the black women we do see do not have waist length hair and that's the truth....its not about we can grow it..its about do you have it
1-Trim hair once a year (not every month) 2-Avoid heat (eg. flat iron once a year) 3-Lay off the hair coloring (eg. can use henna for natural hair, avoid for chemically treated hair) 4-Can use hair relaxer but take care of your hair, keep it moisturized and healthy 5-Use good hair oils (eg. olive oil, etc), you do not need to spend a fortune on it 6-Get a good hair conditioner (can leave only for 10-15 mins, does not have to be the whole day ), can make your own conditioner at home with natural products (eg. yogurt, honey, grapes, avocado's etc) 7-After deep conditioner use leave-in moisturizer, then use hair oil on top of that 8-Manipulate as little as possible (avoid tiny braids, frequent styling , etc), use head wraps and wigs instead if needed (keep your hair locked away) 9-Keep it simple, stick to one routine 10-Be patient 11-Eat a healthy diet

I think it’s all about finding the right one. My hair is a couple inches shorter than hers and just as thick and I’ve gone to a salon for over 10 years.

This is the most real hair growth video i’ve seen all those tips work i’ve seen more hair growth in two years and seen amazing results
You should never have to prove yourself! No matter what people say ok? It's either they believe you or they don't! Thank you for coming on here and speaking your truth. If people don't like it or believe you they should keep it moving! I'm on a hair journey and this is major inspo for me, thank you!

Such a sweet lady! Love the hair and those tips are soooo TRUE!! I grew my daughter hair waist length at 3 years old doing what she’s saying! Too cheap to buy all those products so I make my own!
The honesty 😍🙌🏾 thank you
Thanks for the truthful video. Your hair is lovely!🤗
i was so happy to see her hold up the same oil that i use on my hair , i feel like i’m actually doing something right for once 😭
U need more likes. Too real. Appreciate your honesty💯

This is great...I will follow the cutting my hair once a year to see where my growth lands. If need be no more than 2 trims yearly. Thanks!

Totally, and after an extended period of growth you can decide to cut it when you’re ready.
Beautiful girly!❤Thanks for the tips!
your hair is soooo gorgeous! It's so amazing how us black women can grow our own hair and it comes out beautiful and is more satisfying because it's our own hair! Watching natural youtubers as a young girl 13/14 years old really inspired me on my hair journey and gave me hope that if these girls can do it, I can do it too. I transitioned with braids and cut my dead relaxed ends off. I couldn't believe a full, thick head of hair was hiding in my scalp 😆. I hope my short message encourages someone. God bless you!
You don't have to prove nothing to no one! As long as YOU know it's YOURS. That's all that matters.

Yesss 🙌🏾 Healthy hair grows!! It took me so long to realize that AA women could grow their hair to waist length. Mine has grown so much from not trimming my ends! I wish I would’ve known about that tip sooner because my beauticians were trimming my ends way too often 🤦🏾♀️
Best thing I’ve heard... “keep it simple” and be patient. 😊
If I could get away with it, I’d trim my hair once or twice a year. It’s just these single strand knots are the devil 😩

I struggle from them too. You may have to change your products. They’re not giving you the moisture you need if you’re still getting them.
This is really good info! Love the hair color too!

Best advice I've heard about natural hair! Most people telling you to use like 10 products. Thank You!
This is the most annoying thing ever. I've had people question my hair when its in it's natural state and when straight. Then when I say YES... the next thing is "can I touch it!" No I'm not a pet wtf?🙄

I don't mind people touching my hair. All our hair feels differently too. No two afros feel the same even in the same family!

Sis speaking facts. Love it!
You just retained all your hair and thats key. Hair grows, we just manipulate it or improperly care for it which causes us to lose it. There is no real way to speed up how fast your hair grows. Its always growing, just make sure youre keeping all the length.
You entruly blessed with thick hair, not all of us have that beautiful hair. Yes I'm trying to get my hair healthy. Great video

Thank you, Ms Ziya 💐 I’ve learned to ‘dust’ my thin, fragile hair. ‘Dusting’ removes fairy knots, split ends & damaged strands, but NOT length.
Thank you for that insight.
Your hair is so pretty it looks like a wig! Is so thick. I love it. I trim only once 3 to 6 months. I use henna for my color for sure. It makes my hair shine.great tips

Thank you so much 💖🌼 Henna is great. some people say it moisturizes their hair and others say it dries their hair out, Personally I like it.
Last month was my first time trimming my hair in two years because I mostly wear my hair natural. My hair is the same length as hers and it looks healthy after trimming.
Love 💕 this. Keep it simple. I was cutting my hair in addition to the hair I was losing when I washed/detangled. Was at shoulder for the longest. Now I’m seeing movement by leaving my hair alone.
Honestly I am SO happy for you! 🤍

Great video! I love your hair. I'm in faux locs now, extensions but in March when they come out I'm def doing a length check. Trimming my hair less frequently really made the difference. I agree with you on that! You're very beautiful!

Both natural hair or relaxed can grow long and healthy the most important thing you look after your hair also protective hair styles is a girls best friend and try hair products that’s suits your hair type

Beautiful young lady. Females used to ask me what type of weave is that - my response was it’s mine sis but what worked for me was braids.. cornrows and leave it alone for months. Wash and redo all year got it mid way my back. These are my hair goals!
YAsss with the pause to do the THUMBNAIL PIX..lol..Love it Sis!
