Tiffen Black Promist Filter.... I believe I have the 1/8 one! You can get it basically from any camera website- think I got mine from Adorama.

Leaving it on F2.8 all the time is too much imo, it’s almost as bad as the army of the dead movie at f0.95. Also I see jello in your footage, very subtle but it’s there. We need to see the background sometimes and other players faces and reactions, I always do close ups at f2.8 and wide I go f8-16 because people like to see everything sometimes. Also sports don’t need to look like movies and it ain’t a movie, it’s all about capturing the moments and memories.
