Mizoram is sprawled across 21,087 sq kilometres and shares a border with Bangladesh to the west and Myanmar to the east and south. Given that it has an international boundary of 722 kilometers, the state’s location is of great strategic importance. It boasts about 21 hill ranges with an average height of 12,00 metres above sea level. The highest mountain in Mizoram is Phawngpui or Blue Mountain which reaches a height of 2,360 metres above sea level. These hills are interspersed with valleys and 16 major rivers. River Tlawng with a length of 185.15 kilometres is the longest river in the state.

Very nice Guddu, feeling very much nostalgic. I got the opportunity to deal with the mizo people very closely. They are very nice and amazing people. Aizwal is so clean and disciplined city.

nice bro. Even my Mizoram trip was in a way helped by a Mizo woman who befriended me befriended me through an insta post on a Mizoram page minutes after having posted, and then I befriended her mom next day on call as well, and went to some of the most remote regions with her mom and driver on some days, and other days I was either alone in Aizawl or travelling with her driver on the city outskirts, Mizo people are very friendly. I see we think alike in planning trips with local festivals - Chapchar Kut in Mizoram, Hornbill Festival in Nagaland ... do visit Jaisalmer Desert Festival when you plan Rajasthan, and that am from Goa let me know what you look for .... we had our Carnival last month, and now Shigmo just got over. best wishes with your channel. Whhat I haven't done in my travels, you are. a friend here always urged me to put content on KZread, but I was always focused on photography on my offbeat cum touristy travels pre-Covid days. I will be posting some videos though taken from my camera at Chapchar Kut and elsewhere. Do connect.

By train ypu can go to silchar and from silchar you can get sumo or Direct flight is also available to Aizwal
