Hi Gail Badillo! Yes po, there is SMS verification issues po. Apparently, if you are using a Globe or TM sim, you won't receive the code. But if you'll be using a Smart sim, it will work po. I hope this helps. 😊

Nag apply po ako dito at hindi po natanggap, reason nila is madami na daw sila applicant at ngayon parang mas priority nila ung matataas talaga ang grades or honor student dapat.

Tinatanggal nila anytime. Bibigyan ka ng madameng warnings o violations. Hanggang sa maclose ang account mo. madame ng tutor naka experience nun. If the uploader of this video is a tutor in CH, she can legit check my comment. Kc sa fb grup madameng nagccomplain na ganon ang nangyayari sakanila

Yes po pwedi $250 ang limit nila per day ibig sabihin mo ng exceed limit is nasobrahan kana mag send ng code sa phone number na naka-verify

Hi @she9234. Only selected tutors have referral code. Course Hero will reach out directly to the selected tutors to give their referral code. Just to clarify, ACQ is not my referral code. I used it during my reapplication in Course Hero. 😊

Hi Addy! Yes po napansin ko din yung bagong security feature ni CH. I have tried it na and nakakareceive po ako ng code. Format ng number should be +63 9xx xxx xxxx. Maybe it's network issues din kaya di ka po nakakareceive ng code. I am using Smart. What's your network po?

Hi Claire! Pede pa rin po kahit nakadisable yung notification. That is applicable po if may peak demand sa subjects. Please use smart sim po para makareceive ng code. May network issues po sa globe kaya di nakakareceive ng code yung iba. 😊

Hi Jane Malaluan! Ask ko lang kung ano naging rating ni student sa answer mo? If it's unhelpful, $0 yung earning. But if it's helpful or no rating, there should be dollar earning for that. 😊

If that's the case po, you may send your concern sa CH Support Team para mareview nila. Minsan kasi may glitch din sa system. Punta ka sa baba ng tutor dashboard, then click Contact Us sa Help Category. Attach screenshot to better address your concern. Hope this helps. 😊

Hi @fhobekafealba7791! Yes po, pero yung sakin is na-temporary disable po yung account. Then I was able to re-enable it again. 🙂

Hi! You are also experiencing same issue as the other tutors who arr using either Globe or TM sim. Try using a Smart sim when requesting for a code po. 😊

Hi Gemz Vlog! Natapos na po ba yung 48 hours waiting period? If hindi pa po, then may chances pa na i-rate ni student yung answer mo. If tapos na po yung waiting period, no worries din kasi it won't affect your account. Hope this helps and continue grinding! 😊

Update as of Jan. 31, 2023 from Gabbie of Course Hero Tutors FB group: "Hello! We want to share an update on the recent issue with Tutor earnings withdrawals via PayPal. We are continuing to work closely with PayPal to restore the withdrawal process. Until this issue is fully resolved, we will manually process earnings payments to tutors who attempt to withdraw. Here is important information to keep in mind: Your earnings are not impacted Only the payment processing between Course Hero and PayPal is not functioning as it should You can still answer questions and earn Earnings will be paid out on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to those tutors who attempt to withdraw Payments will be issued on the next payment day following your withdrawal request We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this matter and we apologize for the inconvenience caused. I would like to ask if how to start answering questions because whenever I log in, there are no new categories in my queue and I tried clicking change the categories and revisiting skipped questions but to no avail. I'm worried because I was not able to answer any questions as of this moment. Please help. Thank you.
