Nice video. I'm looking for a way to fully make jewellery on an iPad then print It at home on a 3d printer for later casting at a local jewellers.

Simply the best jewelry designer! Par excellence. And I took the GIA Jewelry design class in 2009 on a Scholarship.

thank you so much! this was so informative. I'm an interior designer transitioning to metalsmith. I'd love to know your background. Did you go to school for jewelry design? how did you learn fall of this? It's really interesting to see how much transfers from the process of interior design to jewelry design. Your work is stunning. thank you again

Thanks for your video. I see you use another program for the 3D rendering, can you tell what program do you use, and is it compatible with Procreate? or do you have to do it all over? Please tell us more about it.

Really great design! Could you tell me which 3D Software you used to design the ring?

Awesome vid. I had a quick question, do you have shapeways also do the polishing of the 3D printed model sometimes? Or do you just always get the raw model from shapeways and then take it to your jeweler? Also, which jeweler do you use? I'm currently looking to start dropshipping custom designs but I'm missing the jeweler part (for setting/finishing) from my pipeline (before actually sending it to the customer). Any recommendations of how you might do this? or who I could contact? Thanks!

May I suggest that you should invest in your own 3D printer, either a Elgoo Mars 2 pro (around $250) or Elgoo Saturn ($400) For printing your own jewellery models, both have been highly recommended to me, by a 3D designer.

AT, I am interested.Have you used both the Elgoo Mars 2 pro, and is the Elgoo Saturn worth the extra money I would think it might be.Thanks

@@l.e.m.friedman5965 No they have been highly recommended to me by a jeweller and a 3D artist so I am saving to get the Mars Pro 2.

Hi which site or app you use on ipad ? Is it appropriate to use jewellery design software on ipad ?

I use the drawing app, 'Procreate' in my iPad 6th generation. You can download it from App store. I don't think it is good idea to use regular design software like photoshop and rhinoceros in iPad. I use them in iMac.
