Your art style looks gorgeous and you explain your process very well! I've always liked drawing eyes but I tend to make them too dull and monochromatic (not that THAT is a bad thing, but look at my pfp and you'll see what I mean) and I love how you make yours pop and look vibrant. It's because AI stole from artists like them.

I do it also to lighter to darker i cant do it backwards!!!

The basic concept is always the same for rendering eyes, or at the very least the iris for anime style. Your eyeballs are, well, balls, but if you look more closely, the iris (the part of the eye that has color) is actually flat and a little concave, while your pupil is a hole, and they gets protected by the cornea (which is clear and actually protrudes a bit from the sclera). So anytime you want to make them all sparkly ✨, think of it being shaped like round gems.

Hi! This is a basic brush from photoshop and it's called hard round pressure brush. I think other programs probably have somewhat of a similar brush by default.
