About your heater shutting off when you move it around, it's a safety feature and perfectly normal lol I was confused too I got the same one

Quick soak off method (5-10 min) microwave a bowl of water as hot as you can handle, put acetone and a paper towel in a zip lock bag, place your hand in the bag then in the hot water and continuously rub your nails on the napkin. Use the scraping tool at the last minute
