Yess tbh having the canvas head definitely makes it easier, but You really don’t need one the first time I did this I just held the puff in my lap lol. It’s a lot messier, but the curls came out just as pretty… good luck!🫶🏽🫶🏽

Hi love! yes you can and if you have some type of styling gel to use also the curls will come out even better
