Subscribe if you like! This is my first how-to video on my color grading workflow using Davinci Resolve 18. I am using CST (color space transform) and one of the Davinci Filmn Looks Kodak 2383 LUT in order to achieve this look.

Glad to hear!
Thanks for the tutorial! Keep up the good stuff!
I found it really useful that you used a BMPCC4K and utilised the Camera RAW section. So many other grading tutorials ignore or do not need to use that panel so I often feel I am missing the first step. Thanks.

Where? It only shows for a second while talking about something else. And Noise Reduction skipped.
A first time that i watched a video of yours, really digging the look that you've crafted.

Thank you so much, fantastic tutorial. Easy to understand and so very fluid. Great job. I remember your vinyl scene with the gentleman with the shirt, and the gentleman walking in this dark hotel hallway, those two scenes stuck with me and I always wondered how you graded those scenes. Was it a similar process to this one? Last but not least how has your process evolved to now? You mentioned you would grade this scene differently today. Would you mind just elaborating a bit. And of course what camera/s do you work with these days? Thank you so much and a wonderful new year to you.
Just droped new color grading video kzread.info/dash/bejne/oIOOo9WnfNO8crw.html

Question, my footage looks so much more flat than your raw footage. Did you have a LUT baked in? Subscribed and liked btw!

Nobody wants to answer this, and all these commenter's are not really putting in work, they just saying "this was good tut".
good work but that 2383 is harsh. lost a ton of data.

the whole grade is harsh, really heavy-handed, even extreme imho. but if the client is happy, who are we to judge
