🤯 Wow. There is so much I want to say but I'll try and keep this short. I don't remember reading this when I was younger (shame on me). And my first reaction was, "Wasn't that a tease to say to Moses you can look but not touch?" But when you explained how Moses died, it makes much more sense. God has our best interest and when something doesn't seem fair, God might have something better around the corner. And you know what, I had an issue come up today that caused me to start crying at work. Just when I thought everything was fixed, it wasn't and I was like "Why, God?" But I just have to trust everything will work out it will help me with my goal of working on total surrender. Anyway, my point being, not only did did this video teach me something new about Moses, and show me how amazing this passage is, it also helped me persosonally, reminding me God is good. Thank you so much for this video. I am so sorry for this long comment. How are you doing? 💖

Wow.
I totally agree with you about Moses. I understand. I struggle over 2 Sam 6:6-7 when Uzzah reached out to save the Ark from falling and God struck him dead. I know that it was holy and nobody was to touch it, but I felt like Uzzah didn’t want God’s holy Ark to touch the ground so he tried to steady it. That’s a tough one.

Wow! I'd had the same struggle in my thoughts, but you're right! So much better to camp out at God's side on the mountain then fall asleep in His arms!

Come through with the WORD. I felt every thing you said. Moses was blessed beyond Blessings. He saw what he couldn't have but gain what was planned. Just the fact of him leaving this old world in commune with God.

I just got a bullet journal can you do a video journaling in it please :) I love your videos ❤️
I loved the video. I think thas Moses had that punishment because he knew all the rules and things about God, more than others. So even knowing all that he sinned. So maybe that's why God had that severe punishment with Moses. Blessing from Chile 🇨🇱🌶 sister in Christ

Yes! So true. Thanks for saying hi! Wow, I've never been to Chile, maybe one day! So cool.
I have been wondering the same thing. Why was Moses’s punishment so severe. It never occurred to me that he actually got to spend his last moments in such intimate closeness with God and that God Himself took Moses. Thank you for this video and your insight because I felt so bad for Moses thinking he never got to enter the promised land after 40years of leading the stubborn Israelites to it. But now I understand that what he got instead was so much better than entering the promised land and he was never going to be away from the Lord.
So when you make your customs bible, will it feature interleaved grid/dotted paper? If so, I’m definitely (at this current moment) buying!
Just wondering what is your opinion is on Inspire bible?
Heyyy can you do an updated prayer journal idea plz

I was taught that it was because Moses struck the rock twice. ‘Moses disobeyed God’s instruction to strike it once. The significance of the rock was intended to establish a picture of Jesus thus the picture God establishes to represent Christ was interrupted if not rectified. The picture would have demonstrated that the promised Messiah (represented by the rock) would have to be repeatedly struck for our sins. So Moses could not enter the promised land. Moses is the picture of the law as the law-giver and his inability to enter the promised land shows that the law does not provide the means for salvation. Joshua (who represents a picture of Jesus) represents that Jesus is the way to enter salvation and attain eternal life (the promised land). This shows how God is sovereignty in control and holds all authority.’ That was what I had written in my Bible, I guess it goes to show how important it is we follow Gods command and how He can use our mistakes for His purposes!?
Hi! Faith. I love your videos and was wondering, if I decide to join your patreons do you make provision for people who live far? For instance I am in Africa and you stated that you send your patreons bible stickers weekly, I was wondering if then you will share printable bible stickers and all else with your patreons who are too far to reach? Coz mind you, send stickers weekly to Africa will be expremely expensive. I hope to hear from you soon.

Hi Dorcas! I actually just send them monthly! But, I have sent them to South Africa, they just took longer to arrive.
Not to start anything or make anyone feel bad but this is our warning that we need to be 100% obedient to the word at all times or like Moses we to won't enter the promise land

It's so interesting that he never got to enter the physical Promised Land, but instead he ended up in THE Promised Land. The spiritual fulfillment.
Realize that Moses has a highly exalted position in Heaven and had the honor of bringing Jesus comfort before His crucifixtion: Matthew 17:1 And after six days Jesus taketh Peter, James, and John his brother, and bringeth them up into an high mountain apart, 2 And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light. 3 And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him.

It was an example for the people and for us but God gave Him the ULTIMATE reward
Wait I'm confused 😕 So Moses didn't get to go to heaven? Isn't that what you mean by the promise land?
So God took Moses to a better promised land where he would not have to face anymore pain and suffering.
Way gooder ? 😂
