I have a 2015 house that was built from the ground. I paid it off in January 2024. It was my daughter house. But she pass. She had that insurance upon your death the house can be paid off. So I cash that check and paid off the house. I feel so bless but i miss my daughter.

Minor thing 620 isn’t good it’s a minimum the interest rate with that credit score will cost 10s of maybe 100s a thousands more over a 30 year mortgage
