For the pricing that the property management company really helped and told us the average listing price in the area. We also went on kijiji to look at similar properties. The neighbourhood was summerside! Let me know if you have any other questions and maybe I can make another video 😊

+Blessing Omotayo thank you!! I talked to the bank in Feb 2019, started looking at properties in March (but didn’t take it seriously til May when it started getting warmer). Found the house July 27 and put the deposit down. We got the keys pre-closing in October but didn’t find the right tenants til January. They have been there since January and I actually closed on the house in May 2020. It definitely doesn’t have to take this long though, the beginning was just me being lazy and not wanting to search in winter 😂
