Dude you and I are very similar. I had a head injury back in 2019 and it’s very frustrating not being 100% but I keep going sometimes for me and sometimes for my family. Some days are better than others but just having that willpower to keep pushing through is what I strive for. Keep pushing man, I get it 🤙🏻

Thank you for sharing. It’s important to share your journey because just like you said, it helps others who are in the same predicament to know that there is hope, there can be success even when you don’t see it at the moment…But there can be faith when people like you help inspire others. So thank you.

You never know who you might be helping. It could just be ONE person and it couple possibly make all the difference to them. I was paralyzed 10 months ago in a car accident (L1) and like you, I look up and follow people who have become paralyzed and are trying to walk again. Just whatever information and encouragement I can find. Sometimes, you just gotta do it especially if it’s in your heart to do so. Thanks for sharing.

Hello Tyler, thanks for sharing! Definitely an inspiration. I'm about a year into a T3 incomplete sci, also a dirt bike crash. I can use a walker, but it's exhausting. I'm mostly in a wheelchair and my legs are very weak still. Do you have any specific workouts that you feel helped the most?
