Hi Ansh I am a self taught designer working at Accenture. I switched from a tester to ux designer role. I don't have any design degree, I just did certification in IDF and learned everything by watching designer in my office and watching lot of content on ux design. And now I am finally a designer with 20 lpa pkg.

@@anushkasingh7044 first thing first give yourself some time learning these skill . do certification in Interaction design foundation, or any other e-learning portal. duplicate existing sites. learn figma first which is freely available. once that is done. learn what actually happens in industry, how people engage with design problem and how they solve it. Voila you are a designer now. one thing is that Designer is not just a job to do but a full time hobby. start finding UX in everyday task as we use facebook , instagram, linkedin etc find loophole just think why it is not done in any other way and than you will see the changes in you , the new designer in you. good luck.
