I have no idea how I came across this video, but something made me watch. I am so saddened by what happened to you. You remind me so much of someone I know, I guess. Beautiful dimples and so innocent.....you had (have) your whole life in front of you..........but with serious challenges, I'm sure. I sincerely hope you are building strength and improving in your motor skills. I imagine this is a very common way that people break their necks. Diving accidents, car accidents, skiing accidents.......just scary. I know this was posted many years ago but just wanted to tell you how telling your story helps us all know what can happen in the blink of an eye. It's real.

It's the most common way people become paralyzed. I think the paralysis, in addition to it's paralysis effect, also shortens people's lives. Is this guy still alive?

i was diagnosed as a parapalegic after my accident. but i see in the other video you were moving your arms, did your arms eventually come back?
