Cool altruistic guy but if his take away message is "success unshared is failure" then he should give way more than 0.3% ($15M) of the $5.1B acquisition to charities.

It's kinda crazy to think that I remember seeing Paul Mitchell shampoo in the shower when I was just a little kid at home (the distinctive white bottle and font). I was also amazed when I learned that the same man had created Patron tequila. Basically this guy is freaking awesome, his products have been in my house since I was a kid and that shows how much impact and reach - from a TWICE HOMELESS man, not a silver-spoon heir - what a powerhouse and I love his life attitude. Guy deserves his success and if I had to guess, he's got much more still to accomplish

amazing!!! I have ALWAYS used Paul Mitchell "The One" conditioner! ... I knew they never tested on animals... BUT NEVER realized how AMAZING and INSPIRING this company and this man was! BRAVO John Paul!!!!! BRAVO!!!!!!!!

I saw him in Malibu but didn't want to bother him, so I'm still able to get powerful advice from him, thanks Omar!!

I believe the richest man Omar interviewed and also the first time I see the brands th guest stands for displayed so clearly right in the start of the interview. Billionaire mindset from the start. A huge lesson before even then initial interview starts!

Great interview Omar, this is my first time watching B). I do have a small tip though: I noticed you tend to ask the same question twice in the same time segment. You'll see what i mean if you watch the interview again. Maybe try taking off the second half of your questions and other than that awesome stuff!
