There were many other Actresses who have gone through this but not everyone wants to educate everyone else on it... Even if people come to talk about the stigma around those diseases its a big thing..!

It creates a confusion that only rich can beat caner and poor are only to die. Watching this show no poor person with caner is will be inspired. Even if he gets impressed he will be sure his time is up. I have read those comments though language is not good I can't blame them. Govt, doctors, scientists need to do more

So very true said Sonali, I myself is undergoing treatment for breast and thyroid cancer for the last three years. At my age of 58 years my three young daughters were my pillars. My little grandson was a boon of distraction from the fear of pain. The theshhold of fear and cramps in the stomach always remains.l was and being positive and living happily. It's not about the pain and suffering .Its all about the money .Rich people can afford treatments and therapies in USA that's why sometimes this disease gets cured .what about poor people , they die due to the lack of money and sufficient treatments . all its medical treatments should be free because nobody call this disease. Its naturally develop in your body so its treatments should be free so poor people can get it

People like u make give so much importance to Bollywood people who are privilaged,she went to US as she had lot of money ,people suffer from cancer with minimal money then also they try to keep their dear ones alive inspite of financial difficulties,that's called inspiring story

Hello friend, me and thousands of her fans have been religiously praying for her from day we heard, how can you claim with such authority that only your prayers to son of god has been the reason for recovery and not ours? The truth is she fought the battle with all her might and was lucky to survive. So stop this soul harvesting nonsense and stop fooling around with people who are suffering in life. Sonali is a true survivor..she shared her story and i am sure her story encourages other cancer patients to get that courage to face cancer.. But i can also not ignore the fact that in india there are poor people who cannot afford the best of cancer treatments available in countries like USA..being positive about cancer will help you to deal with it but not heal it..for that you need the best cancer treatment done by the best doctors but sadly most can’t afford it or access it..

Best part is when you are poor you don't even have the luxury to think so much about will power, you just fight on all ends including money and pray to god. There's only the one thing of what can or couldn't be achieved etc. But only great things for survivors of imminent death is they get clarity of what matters to them the most.

Do you still believe in all those stories? That only those people who got on the Noah boat were saved and everyone else died in the deluge? Are you serious about "everlasting life " because one day each one of us is going to die, is this not true. The question is just that how well you live your life and how you die - in struggle or peaceful death.

@@brijeshkumarsrivastava158 the bad cells in her body outnumbered the good cells, so she had cancer. Now after treatment, the good cell count has again increased so she has survived. There is no mercy or anything of that sort.

Heard Sonali ,the honest part was the tears n fear of not returning from surgery. I am a survivor myself from lower middle class family,have gone through social rejection,financial difficulty,lack of family support ,but somewhere unknown people prayed for me,few friends sent get well cards everyday n told me we need you back ,n yes god became my best friend who gave me strength to tell my doctors at Kidwai memorial of oncology “ I will die, but not of cancer”.Money of course makes a difference in treatment, but not the only one.
