Beautiful puzzle, a few questions though. How long did it take you to do the checkerboard pattern and is the turning quality good on it? Because I'm wondering if someone could actually solve it.

It would be nice to try to solve it. My guess is it would take about a month, OR 2 or maybe a year. Thanks for the assembly video. Great Job on the cube! You said you used a 9x9 for the core. Could you?, in theory, make a larger cube by using a 11x11 or 13x13 core then multiplying the inner pieces by 3 again?

Love the work that went in it! And I really want to see more of the puzzle! namely the design phase and how many layers could be assembled, in theory, to create a smaller puzzle. What I mean is that you made a 9x9 at the start, but could you also make a 17x17, or 25x25 the same way to make assembly easier? I love the idea of having an onion core with each layer being its own freestanding puzzle and want to know more about how you did it. Then after a video about how you designed the puzzle and why how that design works like most people I want to see it solved by you and other youtube cubers (personal vote being Oskar Van Deventer, tony fisher, crazybadcuber, and Feliks Zemdegs). P.S. If it didn’t cost as much as a car I would definitely buy it
