I love press ons. Kiss Impress has been my favorite. They have the adhesive on them and I also use the same glue you do. I do my cuticles, buff the surface of my natural nail to rough it up a little bit, I use 100% acetone as a dehydrator, sometimes I use a base coat or a coat of protein bond, then I do the same glue you do and hold them down sometimes for 3 to 5 minutes per nail which I know is overkill, but it does make a difference and I can get over two weeks out of them that way without any popping off. I also do them before bed so that I don't get my hands wet overnight. Getting water on certain brands soon after you put them on can loosen them up. They are easy to remove by soaking my hands in hot water, dish soap, and oil and using a cuticle stick around the bottom and edges to gently pry them up as they're soaking and they come right off in a few minutes. If I want to shape the nails, I do it before I apply them so buffing back and forth with the nail file doesn't loosen them at all.

Kiss is also my favorite! I just buff them use the glue it comes with and they last 2-3 weeks.. and I clean cook and work with my hands!

You can also put a clear topcoat to keep nails looking fresh and it also keeps the design or jewels glitter etc from scratching or coming off.

I glues my nails and after I took em off in 2 weeks they turned green. I did prep my nails in right way, the nails glued to my nails very good. The first nail popped off in 2 weeks after I applied it. I was wondering if my nails turned green because of the type of glue? Is this even possible?

No I wouldn’t! That will def loosen up the glue. I would just use lotion to not risk it getting into the sides or in nail. But If you use oil just be careful. Let them set :)

DONT get the opi French one the new ones, the shape is beautiful and they are super sturdy but that French scratches off immediately mine were scratched up after like 1 hour 😭
