How i Applied Digital Power of Attorney From UK to Pakistan :Transfer of Car Ownership:My Experience
Hi guys,
in this video i tried to explain, how i recently applied #digital #power of #attorney, so i can transfer my car ownership in pakistan,
i have gone through the process,
as i pakistan, people are charging a very big some of funds just to illegelly get the, transfer of car ownership, for those who live far away from there home country,
so no need to give any extra funds, you easily transfer your vehicle ownership while applying digital power of attorney online.

I followed all your process and send Approved copy with original POA to my father in Pakistan who is attorney MOFA did not attest. This document by saying that these are not uploaded in our system pls help me I also sale my car

Hi Bro, I got my POA approval from Melbourne consulate today. It’s about the property. So Melbourne consulate has asked me to send original Power of attorney page to my Brother in Pakistan and then he has to take it to MOFA Lahore to get it attested. My question is, Did you also send the original POA page to Pakistan via courier or you just emailed your page so that your Attorney can get it printed in color copy and take it to MOFA(Ministry of foreign affairs) ?

i didn't send my attorney via any courier or via any person, What i did is i just sent the world file to my brother in pakistan and my passport size picture separately, so he printed it and completed all steps there in pakistan, and after completing attorney form he went to mofa and then exercise office. . There's a catch here, if u just send a attorney to pakistan via email or whatsapp , which u have just got , they might say they need a original attorney, so if u didn't understand contact me.via fb or insta.

U don't have to go to consulate, it's all online, all process is online.
How was your expirence with the security company please tell , i search so many companies but cannot figure out which is good because of so kany negative reviews on the google

Seconds, For me, as soon as i paid fee , in next Second i received an email confirmation from mofa.sa containing my e visa pdf. As shown in the video.
Witnesses can we select from Pakistan or should be from Uk if I m making this document in Uk

Aslam o alykum brother. Thank you so much for making such an informative video. Would you please be able to send me the copy of Power of Attorney in Word form please. And I am a bit confused in this stage. Do you just fill the details in power of attorney document and print it on normal A4 paper or do we have to print on a stamped paper from pakistan?

Hi , text me.on fb or insta or linkedin, I'll send u the world file, and there's no need of any stamp paper, just Normal A4 paper, and even there's no need to print out , usually pdf is required to attach, however u can print on A4 paper.

For sia licence? i have done it Ilford, but i won't recommend that centre, because they took too much time bro at that time, I'm not sure now, how well they are doing.

Jab ap power of attorney, create karty ho world file, us ma sub details mentioned karni parti hay, car name, model , registration number etc sub details, u can contact me via fb or insta I'll send u the sample.
Thanks for the video If i am as the execter in UK, can my witnesses be in Pakistan? Can I create a word document and sign in UK and then email my witnesses in Pakistan to sign and email it back to me so that i can upload online? Can the witnesses join the interview call from Pakistan and i join from UK?

Yes, witnesses can be from pakistan and yes each witnesses and including executor receive interview call link separately via Gmail, Yes, create world document, as i have shown in the video and send it back to pakistan for sign and thumb impression.

Mandatory hay witnesses bro, But u can do yourself , while doing fake signature of your witnesses and thumb impressions. Application start kary then you'll get to know.

@@ibrahim.allahwala - I am saying that witnessess does not need to be from Pakistan as you have stated. If you are applying from the UK, you can have your witnesses from here.

Witness aren’t mandatory from Pakistan. If you are living in UK they can be from UK as well, but they both must have NICOP.

Executor is the person, who is going to initiate the attorney, mean , the one who is going to transfer his power to other person.

ma nay apny witnesses, father aur brother ko keya tha, but i guess witnesses khai say be ho sakta hay, aur i guess blood relative hona chaya, Ap website visit kary whan mentioned ho hay.
