How He built a mansion on a budget with diaspora money will leave you shocked.
Construction or building is one of the hardest tasks to take on especially if you are not rich. Mr Kato managed to build himself a three bedroom house on a budget. He worked as a cook for about 8 years in Arab countries and then returned home to Uganda.
Construction is such a timid job especially when you are not fully staying in the country. In this video Mr Kato will give us some tips on how to find the best engineers, house plans and how to buy building materials.
He narrates the hardships and how to go about building once you return to Uganda from the diaspora. He also narrates his story of how depressing it was for him in the gulf countries and how mean people are most of the time.

If you are the one spending your money yo build your dream, Lynne I suggest always go with your gut feeling and ask the builders to adhere to what you want. Remember you are paying for the services sister.
